Come discover mind-body-spirit integration as you flow through a series of asanas (poses), learning proper alignment to protect your body, and how to BREATHE! Guided meditation, mantra (chanting in Sanskrit) and pranayama (breathing exercises) will be included during this 60 minute practice. No experience necessary: just an open-mind & open-heart.
