This class is available in person in the Hudson Valley area, if that is your preference please specify upon booking. In this 90 minute dynamic class, you will be led though a comprehensive yoga practice of postures, breathing techniques, and guided meditation. A yogic practitioner for 15 years, Brian maintains a direct link of lineage passed down by his teachers in India through the Bihar School of Yoga. With a calm demeanor, humor, and in-depth knowledge of the body as a massage therapist, Brian challenges students to hold poses comfortably for longer lengths of time so we can make the honest mind/body inquiries that “flow yoga” styles do not address.
